Saturday, September 22- Day of Self Love, Moments of Sanctuary

  • 7am – 8am Sunrise Yin Yoga
    Breakfast on own
  • 9am – 10:30am Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation with Sarah McLean
    The Inner Journey: Take a journey into your interior realm. With guidance and practice, discover how you can successfully meditate with ease and joy, no matter what level of experience you have, or how busy your mind is. Learn what mindfulness is and how to introduce more of it into your day to eliminate stress and enhance well-being. Explore the way your brain works, how you can increase your neuroplasticity, and how you can better focus your attention. Learn to be fully present in your life and create a “new normal” as you live with more awareness, comfort, and fulfillment.
  • 10:30am – 2:30pm – On Own
    The Spa – Relax with a signature spa treatment to compliment your practice. Must pre-book treatments in order to ensure availability. (Not included in package, will require additional purchase)
    Walk the secluded stretch of Gleneden Beach to enjoy the tranquility of the Oregon Coast Adventure Excursion – book a guided kayak or stand up paddle board trip. (Not included in package, will require additional purchase)
  • 3pm – 5:15pm Mindfulness & Meditation with Sarah McLean continued
    Meet your own mind at home and meet your life with more awareness. Finding Your Moments of Sanctuary: Punctuate your days with peacefulness and reset and recharge throughout the day with simple practices that create personal moments of sanctuary. Maintain your inner peace with practices such as greeting each morning with gratitude, savoring your food as you eat mindfully, and regaining balance with peacefinder practices after a stressful moment. Discover how you can be more productive and peaceful in meetings, how to change your perspective, and love your days and nights.
  • 6:30pm – Social Group Dinner
    Nourish your soul with bountiful healthy foods. Practice mindful eating and connection with all that nature provides.

Sunday, September 23 – Day of Self Discovery

  • 6:30am – 7:15am Sunrise Mediation (optional)
    Morning Mantra Meditation: Discover the power of silent sound meditation and how it can take you to the deepest levels of silence and enhance renewal and rejuvenation.
    Breakfast on own.
  • 8:30am – 9:30am Forest Bathing
    Revitalize your connection to the earth with Forest Bathing and walking meditation.
  • 9:45am – 11:30am Meditative Journaling, Meditation, and Inspirational Words with Sarah McLean
    Discovering the Essential You: Who are you and what do you want? Get to know the real you – the you outside of the roles you play, the responsibilities you have, the pressure you put on yourself, and the relationships in your life. Awaken your best self with a self-inquiry meditation and inviting journaling practices. Identify and enliven the areas of your life that need more attention, such as your relationships, your passions, your projects, your health, your career, and your environment.
  • Noon – Conclusion
    Enjoy resort activities, afternoon departures


$692 per person based on single occupancy

Includes room, welcome reception, sunrise yoga, dinner on Saturday night, forest bathing, and all mindfulness & meditation instruction. Additions available for purchase such as spa treatment, stand up paddleboard, kayak, etc.
