Interactive Dreaming Immersion Retreat
April 19 - 21
Want to explore dreams in a fun new way? Join us for an Interactive Dreaming Immersion weekend! We will discuss famous dreams, helpful processes, and learn how to reconnect with the inner child by acting out dreams in Dream Theater! The script is the dream, the actors are all volunteers, and the fun is endless.
MEET THE PRESENTER:
Life time dreamer and story teller, Sarah Michelle Cousins has always been fascinated with the stories that play out during the sleeping moments. Many problems to daily problems have been solved overnight by the insights that come to Sarah in sleeping dreams. She is a certified Dream Teacher from the School of Active Dreaming with Robert Moss.Friday
Lightning Dreamwork Process - 8 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Revive the art of oral storytelling in your waking life. Each night you have the opportunity to dream, and the next day, the opportunity to communicate that dream with your loved ones! But we often tell these stories in an ineffective way that doesn't elicit insight from our family and friends. In this session, Sarah will teach a quick and easy process for sharing nightly dreams with others in an empowering way.
Breakfast & Dream Discussions - 8 a.m.
At breakfast, practice the lightning dreamwork process taught the night before with fellow workshop participants!
Interactive Dreaming Processes - 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Explore various ways to interact with your dreams and bring them into the waking world. Some topics we will discuss include journaling, setting dream intentions before sleeping, and creating art from dreams. We will also practice the Lightning Dream Process as a group for more experience. We will finish up by exploring ways to invite more synchronicity into our waking lives.
Lunch Break & Free Time - 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Intro to Dream Improv Theater - 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Everyone participates in this entertaining dream theater! Have fun and play like you are a child of 5 again. In Dream Improv Theater, we bring dreams into waking life. We take selected dreams from the participants (as time allows) and act out the dreams to get more perspective on the many meanings that could be hidden in the dream. We will provide our insights to the dreamer from the perspective of the part we played in the dream. Prepare to jump up and jump into the fun!
Communal Dinner – Synchronicity Tarot Game - 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Dream Improv Theater (continued) - 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Breakfast & Dream Discussions - 8 a.m.
At breakfast, you are again encouraged to practice the lightning dreamwork process with fellow workshop participants
Dreaming Next Steps - 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Next steps: How to take dreaming to the next level? We will discuss questions that haven't already been addressed, and various intentions to set before dreaming, finding dreaming partners, and journaling methods. Depending on the group interest, we could play more Dream Improv Theater, another round of Synchronicity Tarot, or explore any of the other topics in more depth as interest dictates.

Salishan has recently changed ownership and the new management has made exciting changes and breathed new life into the resort... This is a wonderful destination resort for people looking for a peaceful retreat and a classic Pacific Northwest experience. At the same time, there is enough action going on that it’s a great resort for families.Leah Deangelis (The Modern Travelers)
Lovely hotel situated in a nicely landscaped environment. Room was comfortable and clean; contained a dining table with chairs near a welcoming fireplace.2hi2cu (TripAdvisor)
We had a wonderful weekend stay on this beautiful property! The staff was very helpful, knowledable and unpretentious. We were able to relax and wander the property and take advantage of a few of the many activities.Fishmanr5 (TripAdvisor)
Really great location. My family liked being tucked back in the forest. My son loved the pool and getting to hunt for glass floats!bad_oliver (TripAdvisor)
Absolutely one of the most beautiful resorts in the Pacific Northwest. First class accommodations and activities galore. If I could give them six stars I would. Probably one of the best customer experiences we have had.125dthomas (TripAdvisor)
The Spa at Salishan was easily one of the most beautiful spas I’ve been to…The massage was epic, but so was just wandering around the spa and admiring its beauty.Ariel Lynn (aeriallynn.com)
